Pebble Ridge is a four person luxury ground floor apartment with its own hot tub and enclosed garden in Westward Ho! in North Devon. Pebble Ridge is the perfect holiday apartment for a family that like those extra touches with the benefit of an enclosed garden and lawn area.
With a modern, open plan feel, this is a perfect holiday apartment for young families. The dining area and lounge feature a table and chairs that comfortably seat four as well as a sofa and separate armchair, a large wall mounted Smart TV that has Netflix and a Bluetooth sound system. From the lounge, there are patio doors that open out onto the balcony that in turn lead down onto the enclosed, lawned garden.
The kitchen at the Pebble Ridge apartment in Westward Ho! is modern and fully fitted with electric oven and gas hob along with built in utilities such as dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is plenty of food storage space, all of the modern appliances and utensils including microwave, toaster and kettle as well as a coffee machine and complementary tea and coffee.
There are two bedrooms at the Pebble Ridge apartment including one master bedroom with a king size bed, this bedroom also has an ensuite shower room with a shower cubicle and a WC. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom where the twin beds can be linked together to form a double so this would be great for two couples looking for a comfortable apartment in Westward Ho! Both of the bedrooms have 32" TV's with built in DVD players and Bluetooth wireless radio's. Beds linen is provided. There is an additional family bathroom with its own Jacuzzi bath, great for relaxing in after a day walking the coastal path or on the beach.
The outside area can be accessed through both the kitchen and the master bedroom onto the balcony. There is an outdoor table and chairs for four people along with a sunken hot tub. The garden is primarily laid to bricks with a lawned area and is enclosed and secure, perfect for younger children and your four legged friend!
