This guarantee means that should the Coronavirus interrupt your plans to come and stay with us in any of the following ways, you'll be able to move your holiday to a future date or receive a full refund. 

  • Your accommodation is closed because of Coronavirus and we are therefore unable to accommodate you for your confirmed booking- You will receive a full refund or be able to move your booking to a later date without incurring an admin charge.
  • Government travel restrictions including local lockdowns are in place on the dates of your booking which affect your home postcode- You will receive a full refund or be able to move your booking to a later date without incurring an admin charge..
  • Any member of your party listed on the booking have Coronavirus, or have any Covid-19 symptoms- You will be able to move your booking to a later date without incurring an admin charge.
